Images

Your images are kept securely on our servers. Only you and the people you choose have access to them.

When you upload an image it is associated with your user account, or, if you are not signed up, with your specific computer. The image can then only be accessed by someone logged in as the user that uploaded the image, or from the computer that it was uploaded from if you are not signed up.

If you so choose, you can enable sharing of your result, either on the last page of the vectorization process, or on the My images page. You are then free to share this link as you see fit.

The shareable link gives holders the right to see, review and download the uploaded image and result. They cannot alter the vectorization.

At the end of the vectorization process you can opt to allow us to use your image as a sample. A sample can be viewed by anyone, but not be modified in any way. This does give other users access to a copy of your original image and we cannot control what they may choose to do with it.

For your convenience we keep a record of the images you have uploaded on the My images page. For registered users we keep track of all uploaded images that have not expired or been explicitly deleted. For non-registered users, we keep track of the most recent images.

User accounts

Your account is only as secure as the password you choose to protect it with. If someone can guess your password, they effectively have access to your account. We therefore encourage you to pick a password that gives your account a level of protection that you are comfortable with.

We use advanced cryptographic methods when storing your password. Technical jargon aside, this means that while we can verify that you supply the correct password when logging in, we do not store information that allows reconstructing the actual password above and beyond simply guessing it.

This means that we cannot send you your password in case you forget it. Instead, we have to reset it to a random password.

We will never ask you for your password in any email or other correspondence. We will only ever ask you for your password when you in fact log in on this website.

Credit card information

For your convenience we give you the option of storing your credit card information so that you do not have to re-enter it with every purchase. You can rest assured that this information is stored in full compliance with the strict regulations put forth by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover to safeguard your private information.

All credit card transactions are done with industry-leading cryptographic protection to ensure that your private information is safe in transit.
